I completed my four-year professional Feldenkrais® Training in 2020 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. What a journey that was !!
I am pleased to bring this truly transformational method to clients in the beautiful Headwaters area and beyond.
Prior to my Feldenkrais® life I worked as a geologist, and taught languages and sciences at elementary and high school levels for 16 years. In addition to helping others move, sense, feel and think with more ease and joy, I am grateful for my family, my animals (dog, horses and chicken), my friends, nature, hiking, reading, gardening, and kayaking.
